
Our philosophy
Coming to our mat serves as a metaphor for coming home to that deep true knowing within ourselves. The practice of calming the mind through syncing the breath with intentional physical movement allows us to build a discipline & resilience that we can then take off the mat and out into our everyday lives.
Our purpose
Coming home yoga assists individuals and teams in developing mindfulness based practices including guided meditation, breath work and physical movement designed to enhance focus, reduce stress, build emotional resilience and foster a general sense of well being.
Our passion
is delivering on-site customized mindful-based yoga programs to individuals and groups including seniors, adolescents, corporate and wellness conferences, local business and non-profit teams and athletes.
