Our philosophy
Coming to our mat serves as a metaphor for coming home to that deep true knowing within ourselves. The active practice of coming to our mat and calming the mind through syncing the breath with intentional physical movement, allows us to build a discipline on the mat that we can then take off the mat and out into our everyday lives and challenges.
Our purpose
Coming home yoga assists individuals and teams in developing mindfulness based tools, including breath work and physical asanas, to enhance focus, a general sense of well-being, reduce stress and increase overall personal and team effectiveness.
Our passion
is delivering on-site customized mindful-based yoga programs to individuals and groups including seniors, adolescents, corporate and wellness conferences, local business and non-profit teams and athletes.
